Atmosphere
A more industrial, out-of-the-way setting than Bridgeway's restaurant row, worth the short detour if you're craving something other than seafood or Italian. The dining room is spacious enough to comfortably seat large groups, which is part of the draw for birthday parties and family gatherings. It's a great spot for a group with mixed appetites, since the salad bar gives lighter eaters something substantial.
What To Order
Come hungry and let the rodizio service do the ordering for you. Servers circulate with cuts from picanha and top sirloin to lamb chops and bacon-wrapped chicken until you flag them off. Pace yourself early rather than filling up on the first round, and hold back on the salad bar and sides until you've seen what's coming. There's also a salad-bar-only option if the full rodizio is more meat than your group wants. Ask for the picanha first, since it's the classic, and save the richest cuts for the second lap.
